Existing borrowers can request payoffs, construction draws, escrow updates, and other servicing needs by contacting our servicing team directly.
Request Types
Payoff Request
Get a payoff quote for your loan. We'll provide the exact amount needed to satisfy your loan in full.
Construction Draw
Request a construction draw for completed work. We typically process draws within 48 hours of inspection.
Escrow Update
Update escrow information, request tax payments, or make other servicing changes.
How to Submit a Request
To protect your loan, servicing requests are accepted only by email from the address we have on file for you. Email servicing@brooktreefund.com and include:
- The request type (payoff, construction draw, or escrow update)
- Borrower name and property address
- Requested payoff date, draw amount, or details of the change
Please do not send your full loan number, bank account details, or Social Security number by email. Before acting on any payoff, draw, or account change, our servicing team will confirm the request with you by phone using the contact details on file. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.
